We are UK based HR and finance consultants specialising in workplace investigations, mediation services and providing HR consultancy for schools and education settings. We also offer advice on self-generated school income as well as improving existing school admin systems and processes to maximise efficiencies.
We formed MMHRF in 2025 following successful careers in both dedicated HR and School Business Manager roles working within local authorities, schools and employers within educational settings.
With our extensive experience we have formed a strong partnership combining our personal skillsets to provide a 360 view on HR and school finance matters.
